With style, it’s about the experience of the session as well as the images that are created. Wild Brook Photography focuses on both so that you can have an amazing time, with results you will cherish for a lifetime.
Fun, laidback sessions: Wild Brook images stand out because we prioritize comfort and genuine connection. You’ll be guided to have natural interactions and unforced posing so your true personalities shine.
The photographer: Andy Karol takes work seriously and herself less so. You can bet, she’ll know how to connect with you, your kids, and your pets. You’ll know you’re in good hands before a single image is captured.
Professional results: There are tons of photographers around, but people come to Wild Brook for the experience and high-quality images. We know how to use light to create images that pull you in. The images are not overly edited and are retouched to highlight the beauty of nature and your relationship with your loved ones.
Expertise: We know our stuff. With over 15 years of professional experience, we know how to create images that are stunning—that you’ll want to share with friends and family and hang on your walls.

We’re going to get a little choose your own adventure here!
It’s amazing being able to use the world around us as our studio. That said, some sessions work better at your home, like newborn, some maternity, and even more sensitive pet sessions. We are able to bring lighting when needed and use available light as well.

Weather is going to do its thing. It can be fairly unpredictable and change quickly, so it’s best not to cancel a session based on a far-out forecast. Please try to be flexible until we get to the day of the session.
We will always keep safety as our priority, so if the weather or other hazards pose potential danger, we will 100% reschedule. If you are from out of town and can not reschedule, your retainer will be returned to you. -
Booking your session 4-6 weeks in advance is preferable. If you need to book an urgent session, we may be able to accommodate, so reach out and ask.

Yes, please feel free to include them—pets are family! Andy Karol has extensive experience with photographing dogs, horses, and cats, so you’ll be in good hands. Just remember that they should be groomed and looking their best too, and someone should be available to keep them safe when not being photographed.

You’re here because you know that capturing your loved ones right now is important and valuable. Or maybe you need new portraits for your business, profile, etc., and your cell phone won’t give you that professional edge you need. It’s okay to be nervous, but during your session you probably won’t be. Andy’s experience includes working with lots of people who are not normally in front of a camera and will help you feel at ease.
